Chinese New Year is around the corner!
My parrents decided to have a big feast at a luxury restaurant somewhere near Klang with a visitor from China.
The first dish that was served is yee sang. Yee Sang (Chinese New Year Raw Fish Salad) is a Malaysian/Singaporean Chinese Tradition. Then comes the most exiting part-tossing the salad! Everyone puts their chopsticks into the salad and mix it together. When we mix, we rise the yee sang, it symbolise prosperity =)
The second dish that was served is 佛跳牆 (Buddha Jumps Over the Wall).
It is the dish that has been regarded as Chinese Delicacy known for its rich taste, and usage of high quality ingredients such as abalone, shark fin, scallops, sea cucumber, mushroom, chicken and stew slowly for several hours before serving it.
Next is 八宝鸭 (Eight Jewel Duck).
The duck is stuffed with lots of ingredients in it =)

After the feast, we went to Kuala Lumpur (KL) to enjoy the scenic night view and to do some shopping before the CNY celebration.
