After our breakfast, we visited Cu Chi Tunnels , an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories. Dug out of hard laterite by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was never discovered. We had our lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, we continued our city tour to visit War Remnants museum, the former Presidential Palace and Thien Hau Pagoda (built by the Cantos congregation in the early 19th). We had our dinner at a local restaurant. before heading back to our hotel.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA (MYTHO)

At Mekong River
Morning, we drove to My tho through fertile paddy fields. Upon arrival, we visited Vinh Trang Pagoda, then jump on a boat and cruise along the tributaries of the Mekong River for a close-up view of local life. Wander through Thoi Son Island and orchards where a huge variety of tropical fruit can be tasted; and Bonsai Garden to watch people cultivating their gardens. We had our lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, we head back to Ho Chi Minh City and city tour around  Notre Dame Cathedral, Centre Post Office, City Hall and China Town. We had our dinner at the cruise.

DAY 4: HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE

We had our leisure time at Binh Tay Market  before heading to  Airport for flight departure at 1325hrs.
